FROZEN STEWED SMELT FISH – 300G
1. INGREDIENTS: SMELT FISH, WATER, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, LEMON GRASS, SCALLION, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, PALM OIL, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI.
2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.
3. Storage: Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
