Mud fish has a long, slender body, firm meat, and natural sweetness. It has a moderate amount of fine bones, but with careful eating, you can enjoy almost all of the meat. It is rich in protein, omega-3, vitamins, and minerals, making it very good for health.
1. INGREDIENTS: MUD FISH, WATER, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, SCALLION, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI, PALM OIL, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.
