FROZEN STEWED KING MACKEREL FISH – 370G
1. INGREDIENTS: KING MACKEREL FISH, WATER, TOMATO, PALM OIL, SUGAR, SCALLION, FISH SAUCE, GARLIC, ONION, CHILLI, PEPPER, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
2. Cooking Instructions:
Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes (stored at -18°C), or heat over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.
