FROZEN STEWED EEL WITH LEMON GRASS – 370G

1. INGREDIENTS: EEL, WATER, PALM OIL, FISH SAUCE, SUGAR, LEMON GRASS, CHILLI, GARLIC, COCONUT, ONION, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.

2. Cooking Instructions:
Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes (stored at -18°C), or heat over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.

3. Storage:
Store at temperatures ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
