Braised pork in coconut water with duck eggs, also known as Thịt Kho Tàu, is a beloved braised dish enjoyed not only during Lunar New Year celebrations but also in everyday family meals. The dish is flavorful, rich, and slightly creamy, making it perfect when served with steamed white rice.
The braised pork in soy sauce at Mrs. Sau’s house is one of the most popular dishes, especially favored by children. Carefully selected pork is slowly braised until tender, delivering a delicate natural sweetness and a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Its glossy, appetizing color makes the dish irresistibly appealing from the very first glance.
