1. INGREDIENTS: MACKEREL, WATER, TOMATO, PALM OIL, SUGAR, SCALLION, FISH SAUCE, GARLIC, ONION, CHILLI, PEPPER, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
2. Cooking Instructions:
Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes, stored at -18°C, or heat over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.
