1. INGREDIENTS: Cobia, Water, Okra, Tomato, Water Morning Glory, Pineapple, Bean Sprouts, Nuptinia Oleracea, Colocasia gigantea, Tamarin, Rice Paddy Leaves, Cilantro, Basil Leaves, Sugar, Salt, Fish Sauce, Monosodium Glutamate.

2. Cooking Instructions:
Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes (stored at -18°C), or heat over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.

3. Storage:
Store at temperatures ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
