FROZEN STEWED MACKEREL FISH – 370G

1. INGREDIENTS: MACKEREL FISH, WATER, PINEAPPLE, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, SCALLION, PALM OIL, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.

2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.

3. Storage: Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.

4. Net weight: 13oz/ bowl.
