1. INGREDIENTS: MACKEREL FISH, WATER, TOMOTO, PALM OIL, SUGAR, SCALLION, FISH SAUCE, GARLIC, ONION, CHILLI, PEPPER, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
2. Cooking Instructions: Defrost completely for 2 hours. Reheat in the microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat on low flame using a gas stove or infrared stove until the product boils.
