FROZEN STEWED MEAT WITH EGG

Braised pork in coconut water with duck eggs, also known as Thit Kho Tau, is a very popular braised dish enjoyed not only during traditional holidays such as Lunar New Year but also in everyday meals. This dish is rich, savory, and creamy, and is especially delicious when served with steamed white rice.
The braised pork in soy sauce at Mrs. Sau’s house is one of the most favored dishes, particularly among children. The pork is carefully selected, tender and melt-in-the-mouth, naturally sweet, and beautifully colored, making the dish appealing at first glance.
