1. INGREDIENTS: SAND GOBY FISH, WATER, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, SCALLION, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI, PALM OIL, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
CONTAINS: FISH, TREE NUT (COCONUT).
2. Cooking Instructions: Defrost completely for 2 hours. Reheat in the microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or cook over low heat on a gas or infrared stove until the product boils.
