Goby Fish lives in brackish water, with firm meat, natural sweetness, and is rich in omega-3, protein, calcium, and minerals. Notably, goby has almost no fine bones, with only one central spine, making it very easy to eat and suitable for both children and the elderly.
It is braised following a traditional family recipe, with a glossy caramel sauce and the signature sweet–savory Southern flavor, enhanced with pepper, chili, garlic, and shallots for extra aroma.
FROZEN STEWED SPINY GOBY FISH – 370G
1. INGREDIENTS: SPINY GOBY, WATER, SUGAR, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, SCALLION, PALM OIL, COCONUT, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLI, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
2. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely for 2 hours. Reheat in a microwave for 6–8 minutes at -18°C, or heat over low flame on a gas stove or infrared stove until the product comes to a boil.
3. Storage: Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
