Each slice is carefully shaped with a characteristic soft and chewy texture. When cooked, it becomes fragrant and absorbs flavors well, closely resembling real mackerel.
2. Usage Instructions:
Remove the vegetarian sliced mackerel from the packaging and allow it to thaw naturally at room temperature for 1–2 hours. Prepare according to preference, such as frying, braising with lemongrass, or cooking with pineapple, among other dishes.
